Our Wills & Estate Planner will talk you through how to ensure your estate is left to the people you wish to benefit. It is never nice to think that there may come a time where you can no longer make decisions for yourself, unfortunately this becomes a reality for many people. There are however two Lasting Power of Attorney documents that can let your loved ones or someone you trust help you, they are the Property & Finance LPA and the Health & Welfare LPA. These documents are to some degree more important than a Will.
